A few days ago, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy made a complaint on Twitter that the Baltimore Ravens were cheating — because one of the Ravens coaches or employees was seen on TV wearing a Bluetooth headset behind head coach John Harbaugh.

Portnoy posted a tweet of a direct message to analyst and former NFL general manager Michael Lombardi whether if it was legal to have that headset on the sidelines or not, and he got his answer back.

After learning about the possible headset violation, football fans and NFL personalities provided their own take on the subject. Some even want NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to launch an investigation on the Ravens coaching staff.

As mentioned above, any type of Bluetooth technology is not permitted on the sidelines for any NFL team.

There has been no word on whether that coach or staff member has been fined yet, but if it was used, that fine or penalty could increase.

As for the Presidente’s take, Portnoy calling out Baltimore for their cheating tactics is very ironic compared to when his favorite team (the New England Patriots) were caught and penalized in wake of the Spygate and the Deflategte scandals that happened in this century. Just saying.

We will see what happens once the update comes up. But on the field, we can bet we will see the Pats and Ravens one more time in the playoffs this season (hopefully for a trip to the Super Bowl on the line).
