Dallas Cowboys Fire Defensive Coordinator Rob Ryan
- Updated: January 9, 2013
Dallas Cowboys are letting Rob Ryan go. After Two years of being the Dallas Cowboys defensive coordinator, Jason Garret let Rob go. Ryan is apparently not taking the news to hard, according to Tim MacMahon on his Twitter feed, “I’ll be out of work for like five minutes”. This is pretty big talk for a man that hasn’t made the playoffs as a Defensive Coordinator. However, Ryan knows his way around a defense, and has had a long line of family success, and will most-likely get interviewed for another job very soon. Ryan may not have made the playoffs, but he did help make the Cowboys finish in the middle of the pack in 2011. Ryan may be fired, but i seriously doubt that this is the last we’ll see of him.
