Catch of the Year Candidate, Kalil Pimpleton, Central Michigan

In a game that not everyone may be watching this College Football Saturday, the Northern Illinois Huskies travelled north up to Mount Pleasant to battle the Central Michigan Chippewas. Chippewas WR Kalil Pimpleton already has put up big numbers against the Huskies defense.

We’ll let you be the judge of this catch:

The pass was sure to be picked off, but a great play was made by the Chippewas wideout. The ball was tipped around, and taken away from teh defender as Pimpleton just dove back on top of the players and stole it. Apparently, he can do it all, as later on, a trick play that would’ve resulted in a big game was dropped at the last second.

The Central Michigan Chippewas were up big at halftime in this one on the CBS Sports Network, 38-10, as they look to get bowl eligible under first year head coach Jim McElwain.
