There’s a lot of rising young talent that got their start in the 2010 NBA Draft. However, now that we’re in 2013, we know now that the order of the players drafted may not have been so good.

Looking back, here’s what the first round order should have been (ignoring positional needs for each of the teams picking):

  1. Washington Wizards- Paul George, SG, Fresno State
  2. Philadelphia 76ers- John Wall, PG, Kentucky
  3. New Jersey Nets- DeMarcus Cousins, C, Kentucky
  4. Minnesota Timberwolves- Greg Monroe, C, Georgetown
  5. Sacramento Kings- Larry Sanders, C, VCU
  6. Golden State Warriors- Avery Bradley, PG, Texas
  7. Detroit Pistons- Greivis Vasquez, PG, Maryland
  8. Los Angeles Clippers- Eric Bledsoe, PG, Kentucky
  9. Utah Jazz- Lance Stephenson, SG,Ā Cincinnati
  10. Indiana Pacers- Derrick Favors, PF, Georgia Tech
